The Customer Portal delivers self-service when customers need it .

Through the automated Q2C process via their self-service portal, they can place orders, log tickets, arrange returns, inquire about new products, update their delivery details, arrange repairs and returns, and schedule field and factory-based services such as tests, inspections, calibrations, and maintenance. 

ERP and Field Service Integration

Inventory availability, lead times, and field service schedules are integrated to complete the Q2C process.

Master Data (SKUs, Customers, Pricing, Bundles) and Transactional Data (POs, SOs, Inventory levels, Travel Time, Schedules, Lead Times, Purchases, and Returns) are bidirectionally transmitted between the ERP, Field Service and the Customer's Portal.

This is achieved using the Commercient API, which is implemented as a Systems Integration Project Management Plan.
