  • Change Request mechanism detailing the process and sign offs required to alter the scope, timeline or resourcing of the project, including the preparation of variation orders.
  • Deliverable list including timeframes and due dates
  • Risk Management log including fully documented and agreed Project Assumptions, Dependencies and Risks
  • Communication, Adoption and Training Plans with detailed resource and stakeholder availability.
