Contracted customers can create and configure their own bundles of devices and instruments along with the required attached services such as calibration, testing, training and commissioning.

Non-contracted sales quotes are automatically routed directly to the sales team and customer service agents. 

Automated workflows can be configured to streamline the sales process - automating customer quote approvals, tracking quote status and managing follow-up activities.

Customer Self Service

Through the automated Q2C process via their self-service portal, they can place orders, log tickets, arrange returns, inquire about new products, update their delivery details, arrange repairs and returns, and schedule services such as tests, inspections, calibrations, and maintenance. 

ERP Master and Transactional Data Flows

Both Master Data (SKUs, Customers, Pricing, Bundles) and Transactional Data (POs, SOs, Inventory levels, Lead Times, Purchases, Returns) are bidirectionally transmitted between the ERP and the Customer's Portal.

This is achieved using the Commercient API, which is implemented as a Systems Integration Project Management Plan.
