CRMs frustrate salespeople. For those of you who think the tools we use daily in our sales activities are all pretty much the same, think again! Throughout my years of experience in various sales roles, I have encountered a multitude of systems and methodologies. My first CRM experience was with ACT, a long time ago. In reality, it was more Contact Manager than CRM at that point. Pretty old school and clunky, and it was far from a good user experience!
